Does Certopact work outside India?

Yes. Certopact Access is a global visitor management system used for workplaces worldwide. Aadhaar-based identity verification is the part that is India-specific; everywhere else you use Access on its own.

Can it verify a visitor's identity, not just log them?

Yes. For sites in India you can add Aadhaar and DigiLocker identity verification (online AUA/KUA or offline OVSE) on top of the visit flow — so you verify identity, not just record a name.

Is it DPDP-compliant?

Certopact is built consent-first and purpose-limited; for Aadhaar checks the full Aadhaar number is never stored. It is aligned with India's DPDP Act, with regional data residency available.
