OVSE — Offline Verification Seeking Entity — is UIDAI's framework for verifying Aadhaar without an online authentication call. Certopact Entry uses it to confirm identity from the secure QR code or a Paperless Offline e-KYC file, even when OTP or connectivity isn't an option.
