How is Certopact priced?

Entry and Access are monthly subscriptions with a metered allowance — Verified identities for Entry, Visitors / access events for Access — sized to your volume. Billing is monthly (INR + GST). Book a demo and we'll size a plan and quote for your use case.

What's the difference between the tiers?

In both products, the Plus plan adds Face Liveness on top of Core. On Access, the Identity plan also adds full Aadhaar & DigiLocker identity verification at check-in. Restricted Visitor screening is included in every plan.

Can I subscribe to both Entry and Access?

Yes. A tenant can hold one Certopact Entry plan (Core or Plus) and one Certopact Access plan (Core, Plus or Identity) at the same time — they work standalone or together.

What happens if I exceed my monthly allowance?

Top-up overage packs — Verified identities, Face Liveness checks and Visitor / access events — kick in only after the plan allowance is used. They carry over month to month and never expire.

Is Aadhaar verification available outside India?

Aadhaar identity verification — both Certopact Entry plans, and the Identity plan on Certopact Access — is India-specific. Access's Core and Plus plans run visitor management anywhere in the world with no Aadhaar dependency.
