How is Certopact priced?

Each product is a monthly subscription with a metered allowance — Verified identities for Entry, Visitors / access events for Access — sized to your volume. Billing is monthly (INR + GST). Book a demo and we'll size a plan and quote for your use case.

What's the difference between the tiers?

Entry+ adds Face Liveness on top of Entry. On the Access side, Access+ adds Face Liveness, and Access Identity adds full Aadhaar & DigiLocker identity verification at check-in. Restricted Visitor screening is included in every plan.

Can I subscribe to both Entry and Access?

Yes. A tenant can hold one Identity Verification plan (Entry or Entry+) and one Visitor Management plan (Access, Access+ or Access Identity) at the same time — they work standalone or together.

What happens if I exceed my monthly allowance?

Top-up overage packs — Verified identities, Face Liveness checks and Visitor / access events — kick in only after the plan allowance is used. They carry over month to month and never expire.

Is Aadhaar verification available outside India?

Aadhaar identity verification (Entry, Entry+ and Access Identity) is India-specific. Access and Access+ run visitor management anywhere in the world with no Aadhaar dependency.
